            Fear Kala and Karma and seek the protection of the Supreme Being Merciful Radhasoami and the Sant Satguru and run towards His Holy Feet.

            6. The Sant Sanguru, in His Mercy, explains the method and the way of eradicating the karmas. The past and present karmas of those Jivas, who believe in His statements and accept His advice and sincerely perform the practices and develop love and faith in the Holy Feet of the Supreme Being Merciful Radhasoami, can be eradicated gradually and it is possible to save them to some extent from the calamities which have been spoken of above.

            7. There are two sets of circumstances in which one can escape from these calamities. And these depend upon the extent of one's love and faith, i.e., on one's devotion and on the performance of practices by him. In other words, the extent to which one has developed devotion, to that extent can he be saved in both the circumstances.

            8. The first of these is that serious and great calamities may not befall a man at all or may come to him very seldom and even then, the Grace of the Lord may be available to him.

            9. The second is that the trouble or calamity, whatever be its nature, which may befall him and under which he may apparently be suffering, may affect him internally only to a very little extent or may not affect him at all, i.e., the Current of Love, Mercy and Grace may continue to grant him internally peace and the power of endurance.

            10. Except with the help of Sat Purusha Merciful Radhasoami Who has manifested Himself on this earth in the Form of the Sant Satguru and His method, there is absolutely no other way of eradicating karmas or of removing or reducing the calamities, nor is there any mention or indication of that method in any other religion.

            11. Whatever methods are applied or efforts made by the Jivas for removing or reducing certain troubles are all very common and worldly, and though in certain cases and on certain occasions, those methods do give some help, yet in most cases, they do not serve any purpose.                                                                                                  (Contd.)
