"The Members of Ra Dha Sva Aa Mi Satsang Sabha, Dayalbagh who are meeting in the holy land of Murar during the Celebration of 150 years of Satsang and on recent completion of 100 years of Ra Dha Sva Aa Mi Satsang Sabha express their intention and desire to promote brotherly relations and affectionate behaviour among the followers of various sects of Ra Dha Sva Aa Mi Faith. We recognise all those belonging to the larger Ra Dha Sva Aa Mi Satsang Community who satisfy the following criteria: (1) Recognise Param Purush Puran Dhani Soamiji Maharaj as Avtar of Ra Dha Sva Aa Mi Dayal (2) Accept Ra Dha Sva Aa Mi Naam as the true Nij Naam and (3) the practice of Surat-Shabda-Yoga under the guidance of a living Sant Satguru as the way for attaining salvation. Recalling the fact that Satsang movement has been started to spread true religion and peace and tranquillity in the world and attract the people towards the Holy Feet of Huzur Ra Dha Sva Aa Mi Dayal, we feel that this object can be better served by maintaining mutual affection and brotherly relations among the different sects. The Sabha would like to initiate steps in this direction on this occasion even unilaterally and therefore, we make unanimously the following declaration: (1) That the Ra Dha Sva Aa Mi Satsang Sabha, Dayalbagh and the Satsangis affiliated to it would maintain and promote brotherly relations among and affectionate behaviour towards the followers of other sects of the Ra Dha Sva Aa Mi Faith. (2) That each Sect will continue to maintain separate arrangement for Satsang as deemed proper. It will be open to Satsangis to join any group according to their inclination and follow the Satguru whose Guidance he prefers. (3) That each Sect will be free to manage its properties according to its wishes but access to Shrines under their management will be provided to followers of the Faith attached to different Sects. In furtherance of the object of the declaration, no doubt aspiring for access to be provided for obeisance and Satsang at the Holy Samadhs of Sant Satgurus in Whom adherents of the Sabha have faith by the Central Administrative Council, Soami Bagh, the Sabha expresses its unequivocal intent to withdraw the pending disputes in Courts of law against the Central Administrative Council and the Ra Dha Sva Aa Mi Trust, Soami Bagh, Agra with due legal safeguards as may be required."
Gurmeet Singh, Secretary, Ra Dha Sva Aa Mi Satsang Sabha . 2010.
